
I have been training on my own in gyms for the past 15 years. I was content with my training regime, but had hit a wall, I found that my body had reached its maximum level of strength and fitness, my results had become stagnate .
My partner suggested that I look into a personal trainer, something I have never believed in. Never one to take no for
an answer, she did some research and booked me in with Katrina from FitnessKAT.
